Macrame Bracelets

May 23, 2012

I had so much fun with the DIY Macrame Bracelets that the girls at Honestly WTF shared on their blog recently. They used chinese knotting cord where I used embroidery thread but the method was replicated exactly the same. For the center of the bracelets, I used a ring I had from Forever 21, a vintage rhinestone button and another gold piece I found at my Grandma’s house. Each bracelet took me about an hour to do so it’s a perfect project while watching a TV show or two. I may have to make a few for friends as gifts. Who wants one?? =)

Wow they look fab. I may have to try these myself – great excuse to scour the markets for some old rings etc!

I love these Arica! The one with the rhinestone might be my fave, but they all look great stacked together.
